According to the definition of "Technical Specification for Science and Technology Novelty Search" in 2015, science and technology novelty search is referred to as novelty search. Based on the novelty search points reflecting the theme content of the novelty search items, computer search is the main means, and the retrieval goal is to obtain closely related documents. Comprehensive analysis and comparison methods are used to make literature evaluation on the novelty of the novelty search items.

After searching, there is no literature report with the same research content of this project in China, and the series of three-roll machines of Weinier have enough novelty and originality.
